The Weapon Instructor Seminar (7–9 November 2025, Berlin) was intensive, realistic, and of the highest standard. Since the year 2020, I have been entrusted with the honorable task of leading the training and development efforts at the City of Essen's Department of Public Order. I am pleased to report today that our efforts are bearing fruit, and the training programs are progressing successfully.
