Since the year 2020, I have been entrusted with the honorable task of leading the training and development efforts at the City of Essen's Department of Public Order. I am pleased to report today that our efforts are bearing fruit, and the training programs are progressing successfully.

The presented reports and analyses clearly demonstrate that our training initiatives have contributed to expanding the skills of our employees and enhancing their performance. This is an encouraging sign of the quality of our training programs.

At this juncture, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the employees who have contributed to this success through their dedicated participation and hard work. Your dedication and commitment are admirable and have played a significant role in this achievement.

With the end of the year approaching, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all employees a Merry Christmas and a successful New Year in 2024. May the upcoming year be filled with opportunities and successes, and may our collaboration continue to be as productive and inspiring as it has been so far.
